Absolutely! We aim to get your precious pet portrait in your hands as quickly as possible. To streamline the process, we don’t offer individual previews or proofs before printing. But fret not! We’ll carefully review your submitted photo. If, for any reason, we don’t think it will create the paw-some portrait you deserve, we’ll reach out and request a new one. • Light it up! Natural light is your best friend. Ditch the filters and find a well-lit spot for that perfect snap.
• Close-up is key! Get in nice and tight, showing off those adorable ears, head, neck, and chest. This helps us create the perfect crop for your portrait. (Photos of your pet lounging might be cute, but they’re not ideal for portraits.)
• Sharp focus is a must! Blurry photos are a no-go. Make sure your camera focuses on your pet’s precious face.

Add a high-quality digital file of your finished artwork to any physical product you purchase! This lets you share your pet’s pawsome portrait digitally, perfect for social media or creating your own keepsakes. Please note: Digital Downloads are currently only available as an add-on, not a standalone product.

Our “Skip the Line” option lets you move your order to the front of the artistic queue. This means your furry friend’s portrait gets the star treatment, arriving at your doorstep sooner than standard processing times. Please note: Skip the Line only affects the artwork processing speed, not the shipping itself.

• $10 flat rate shipping for orders under $100 to US, UK, CA, and AUS.
